Can I get a refund?
Short answer
Refunds go through Apple, not through us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com on a browser, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund there.

Apple processes all App Store and in-app purchase refunds directly. We have no way to issue one ourselves. The fastest path: open reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser, sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with, find the purchase in the list, click "Report a Problem" and pick a reason. Refunds typically resolve within a few business days. If the refund is approved, Apple credits the amount back to the original payment method (or back to your Apple Account balance, which would defeat the point - so think carefully before requesting one).
