Common issues

The plan overshoots my balance by a few cents

Expected behaviour: if your leftover is below the cheapest tier combination, the minimum overage is a few cents. The plan-review screen shows the exact number before you confirm.

A purchase will not go through

Usually an Apple-side issue, not the app: stale payment info, re-authentication needed, no network. Open Settings -> Apple Account -> Payment Method, check the details, and retry.

My inventory is not syncing between devices

Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is on. Sync can take up to a minute.

I want a refund

Refunds are issued by Apple, not us. Open reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser, sign in with your Apple ID, and pick the purchase.
