What Zero Balance collects, what it does not collect, and where your data goes. Short answer - almost nowhere.
Updated: 2026-05-14
TL;DR
Zero Balance does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics that identify you. Your inventory and purchase history live in your own private iCloud container, tied to your Apple ID.
What is collected
- Apple collects what it normally collects during App Store purchases: purchase receipts, subscription status, diagnostics. That happens at Apple's level, not ours.
- Apple provides us with anonymized aggregate stats (downloads, iOS versions, regions) via App Store Connect.
What is not collected
- Name, email, phone number.
- Precise or approximate location signal.
- Card, balance, or bank data.
- Contacts, photos, app history.
- Cross-app tracking identifiers (Apple App Tracking Transparency is not used because we do not track).
Where your purchases live
Purchases and inventory sync via CloudKit into your own private iCloud container. That means: the data is accessible only to you, encrypted, and stored by Apple - not by us. If you sign out of iCloud, local data stays on the device; if you delete the app, the local copy is removed. Apple deletes the iCloud container per its own policies.
Third-party services
The app contains no third-party SDKs beyond Apple's own frameworks (StoreKit, CloudKit, GameKit). The website zerobalanceapp.ru is served from a static host with self-hosted fonts (no third-party font CDN). The site sets only one cookie - zb_locale - to remember your language choice. No personal identification.
